With over 30 years of experience in high performance sports, business management and personal development, Brigitte is specialized in mental preparation and emotion management. Furthermore, she is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming presentation skills and a professional business speaker.
Mental strength is no secret to Brigitte, she has pushed the boundaries of high level performance herself, as an athlete at the World Championships in acrobatic dance and during her World Series of Poker appearances. Since then, she has been accompanying professional players, multisport athletes and coaches in mental preparation for Olympic Games and worldwide competitions. Brigitte is also the only holder in North America of the License Sports and Performances Coach in NLP, LSPC ™.
Her career, rich in diversified experiences allied to her humanist approach have enabled her to develop cutting-edge workshops on an international scale.
